1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the 77xk Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 77xk Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments made to them from time to time;
• You accept the Privacy Policy of 77xk, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. 77xk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the real-money gaming and betting services offered by 77xk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77xk strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21;
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by local law or regulation;
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or family member of an employee of 77xk or any of its affiliated entities.

77xk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Security

Each User may register only one account on the 77xk Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify 77xk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform on a shared or public device;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

77xk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security requirements set out in this Section.

4 Deposits & Payments

77xk supports the following payment methods for deposits by Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

By making a deposit on the 77xk Platform, you confirm that:

• All funds deposited are your own and are not derived from any criminal activity or money laundering;
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited;
• You understand that 77xk may conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited;
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, however 77xk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

77xk reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or return any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to a third party, or in breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 77xk are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Standard processing time for withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa is approximately 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the time of request and applicable verification requirements.

77xk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Users will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where:

• The account has not met applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus;
• The identity of the account holder has not been satisfactorily verified;
• The requested withdrawal method differs from the deposit method and no valid exception applies;
• 77xk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77xk may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentive schemes to new and existing users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 77xk promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion — failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• 77xk reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a user has already commenced wagering on a bonus that would be materially affected;
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless otherwise stated;
• 77xk reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and/or winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has abused the bonus system or opened multiple accounts to exploit promotions.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77xk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published on the relevant betting market or game page within the Platform and form part of these Terms.

General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on 77xk include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77xk does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and accepted by the system, except where 77xk determines that a manifest error in odds has occurred;
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 77xk will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical failure policy, which may include voiding the relevant round or game;
• 77xk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the integrity of the event is in question or where credible evidence of match-fixing or corruption exists;
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may be amended without notice. Users attempting to circumvent maximum bet limits through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering will have their accounts suspended.

For cricket betting specifically, including PSL and international fixtures, all match and innings results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of an abandonment, the rules for the specific market will determine settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xk Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated abuse of the Platform's betting markets;
• Attempting to access any account other than your own registered 77xk account;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or identity verification;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software — any such discovery must be reported to 77xk immediately;
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 77xk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 77xk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 77xk;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on any content or software from the Platform;
• Use any 77xk trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorisation.

10 Privacy & Data

77xk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77xk will not sell your personal data to third parties. However, 77xk may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to prevent fraud or protect the integrity of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, services, or features available on the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 77xk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any interruption of service, system downtime, or Platform unavailability;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any error, delay, or failure in the transmission of bets or financial transactions caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77xk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

77xk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and safe play across all products and services available on the Platform. All real-money gaming and betting activities on 77xk are strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

77xk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;

13 Account Suspension & Closure

77xk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity documents;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider in connection with your account;
• Any conduct that 77xk reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an account is closed by 77xk for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 77xk customer support via live chat. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77xk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77xk will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 77xk operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant authority under that licence.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact 77xk's customer support team and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally. 77xk will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly.

Nothing in this Section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
